There are a handful of print magazines published just for adoptive families, but online options are also increasing in popularity. Two of the three listed below are free, and one charges a yearly subscription fee to read the digital version of their print magazine. The best thing about these online magazines is that you can put them in your favorites or save the email message that it comes in and read whenever you have the time. They’re a great way to stay connected and up to date with the adoption community.
Adoption.com (of which adoptionblogs.com is a part) has their very own e-magazine called “
Adoption Week.” It is full of current information for people involved in all aspects of adoption and at all stages of the adoption process. The e-magazine includes articles, personal stories, product reviews, a profile of a waiting child, current events and more. You can subscribe by clicking this link and entering your email address. Even when it’s hard to stay up to date on current adoption events, “Adoption Week” makes it easier. Most of us can find time to read the e-magazine in our email accounts and feel informed about what’s currently happening in the adoption world. You can subscribe by entering your email address

The magazine on
Rainbow Kids.com is extremely informative and covers many topics pertaining to adoption. You can view the current issue as well as back issues online for no charge. Each issue has timely articles, information and resources as well as a photolisting of waiting children. There is a great amount of information specifically pertaining to international adoption and transracial families.
As I mentioned in today’s earlier post about print adoption magazines, the magazine “
Adoption Today” has a print version as well as a digital one. You can subscribe to the digital magazine and read the full issues online at a substantially discounted rate from the print version. “Adoption Today” focuses solely on international and transracial adoption.
