I don’t know about you, but I have developed a bit of an obsession with finding cute Vietnamese themed things for Ella. Here are some that are just adorable:
- T-Shirts at Beoi.com – these are beyond adorable! I have to order one (or more) for Ella. My favorites are the ‘de ghet’ (troublemaker) and ‘de thuong’ (adorable) designs.
- Precious Moments Vietnamese Doll-little Thu Nhi couldn’t be cuter in her non la! You can purchase her at Mandy’s Moon.
- Vietnamese-English Kids Books-Viet Baby Press has a wonderful collection of books to teach your kids Vietnamese. You’ll both learn ABC’s, numbers, colors and animals. We know that the younger you are, the easier it is to learn a language, so why not get started now?
- Create Your Own Adoption Memory Book-your kids (and you) will love this! You completely personalize and create your own book online with photos and information. The book is then professionally printed and sent directly to you!
- Sing and Learn Vietnamese Book and Tape-Red Thread Adoption Boutique offers this wonderful book and tape set that will introduce your child to their Vietnamese culture and music. I only wish it were offered on a cd so we could play it in the car.
- “Love from VietNam” bib – for your little love from Viet Nam
-
Ao Dai doll outift-Carpatina has made this gorgeous ao dai that fits 18″ dolls
-
Trainer Chopsticks for Kids-these Zoo Sticks are too cute! Might also be good for an adult who’s learning
-
Crayola’s Line of Multicultural Skin Tone Art Supplies-wonderful markers, crayons, clay and more that represent all different skin colors
- Beautiful Ao Dais for girls We bought Ella a larger sized Ao Dai in Viet Nam, so I may think about getting her a smaller sized one. I may not be able to wait to see her in it!
- and boys

I’ve shopped a lot at Mandy’s Moon, but I didn’t know about a few of these. Time to get out the card! Thanks for the shopping tips!
Judy, my brother and future sister in law got us the Christmas ornament with the little Vietnamese girl holding a Vn flag in one hand and a US one in the other from Mandy’s Moon. I LOVE it!
Happy shopping…let me know if you find anything I may *need* to buy for the little miss. lol!
