I'm considering Pearl S. Buck.
They seem like a good organization... I will have to do more research.

Do NOT use Little Pearl (having them receive their license is part of the reason that ACS has really scaled back). They have had multiple people deported for "black-market" babies.

A commenter states "Do NOT use Little Pearls. They have had multiple people deported for "black-market" babies."

I wonder if this commenter has any tangible evidence of this?

This is a pretty huge allegation and perhaps your readers would benefit from facts to back up such a statement.

Thank you

Hi! I am seriously considering
attempting to apply for a VN
adoption, in spite of the current
difficult politics and deadlines.
I am debating between Adopt
International - newly licensed in
in VN and little experience
there but they say the orphanage
they are licensed for has children
and they need dossiers. Versus going with World Child, longtime
experience in VN with MANY people
waiting for referrals prior to the
deadlines. Which should carry more
weight, in-country experience or
an agency that is connected to an
orphanage that has children available? Interested in others' thoughts on this.
thanks.
Linda
